Latest works between 2017 - 2020 with a small scale mining operation of 30 tpd with average grades of 1.00 gr/t Au, 5.25 Oz/t Ag, 3.00% Zn and 2.75% Pb

Ready to re-start operations

Tejerina

Mr. Tejerina is a senior executive with a vast experience in the identification, acquisition and development of many mining assets in Peru, as well as the construction and operation of processing plants. As a consequence of his expertise in the mining industry, Mr. Tejerina is the owner of a significant number of high-value mining concessions in Peru

  • 2009: Operation manager at La Virreyna, a gold exploration project in Peru.
  • 2018: Business Development and Properties Manager at Stellar Mining, identified and negotiated the acquisition of many exploration projects for the company.
  • 2020: CEO at Compañía Minera Rosalinda S.A.C., conducted the initial exploration work
  • 2023: CEO at Minera Machacala S.A.C., a gold small scale production mine in Peru
  • Todate: Technical advisor to many exploration mining projects

CFO

Mr. Bain qualified as chartered accountant in 1991 and has since worked in corporate finance teams of international accountancy practices becoming a director at EY, before leaving in 1998 to be a C suite director of a UK main listed leisure company. Since then, Rob had held various CEO/MD positions in public and private companies across a wide range of sectors including financial services, energy and water.

Rob also led a small private equity and venture capital business, being involved in raising finance, leading and advising on multisector mergers and acquisitions including mining

Angus Macdonald

Angus has over 25 years of experience in the natural resources and commodities sectors and has been integral in developing and operating mines across South America, Africa and Asia Pacific, including, most recently, the Bamin and Amapa Iron Ore infrastructure projects in Brazil.

  • He has successfully originated and executed a range of capital market and debt transactions, focusing on commodities and mining globally and South America in particular.
  • Co-founder of Mayen Capital Management AG in Zug and Partner of specialist commodities law firm Mercatis Law Europe LLP.
  • Angus holds a B.A. and LL.B. from Monash University and is qualified to practice law in England and Australia.
